Best Frosting Ever – Not Too Sweet!

Birthday day for the boy we babysit. So we made a cake quick this morning. We used the pudding frosting again today. Oh my it’s so simple, and so good, and not overly sweet!

Creamy Pudding and Creamcheese Frosting

1 pt whipping cream

1 large package of pudding (your favorite flavor)

1/2 package of cream cheese

1/2 cup powdered sugar (optional)

Mix all together until thickened.  Whip a bit.  Spread on cake.  (Enough for a 9×13 cake with a bit extra to “taste” or put on graham crackers later).
