Knitted Washcloth Project
June 7, 2009
I’ve been truly enjoying handmade washcloths. I’ve made about 10 for my family and bought 2. They seem to shrink a fair amount in the vertical direction. I knitted them square. But as you can see above on the left – it is shorter. So if you knit these – make them a bit longer.
Pattern: Cast on 25. Knit 42 rows. Crochet around the edge.
Since the washcloths were such a good thing. A hand towel seemed to be the next step in a progression of tests. I’m half way with this one. I’ll let you know how this works out.

Very Cute!! The hand towel looks very nice!
Thanks! I wanted a way to share the ridiculously simple pattern and pictures always help.
