My “version” at Maki’s Pink, Green and Yellow Spring Bento
I have been waiting to use the black sesame seeds we picked up at Uwajimaya when we visited seattle. So I modified the rice to be kind of a gomashio with peas on top.
I’d never heard of putting vineger on asparagus. Yum! I ate it like candy! (My husband can’t understand me liking asparagus in any way. But there just need to be a few mysteries in life.)
