Have been dealing with my cold and my kids and not as much sleep as I need. Dreadful what it does to the will to exercize. Have been eating healthy, except last night we ordered pizza. Hit the bathroom scale yesterday and today to find out where I’m at. Should do a side by side comparison of the bathroom scale and wii fit sometime.

Keep at it.
Keeping at it is a whole lot better than my “I’ll get around to it one of these days” attitude that I had for so long. I’d rather keep plugging away and have the pounds only gradually drop off than not do anything about it — except think about it — later to find that I’ve gained 10 lbs.
“I’ll get around to it one of these days” – was what I had too. Until I was having trouble with my knees. That’s when I bought a clue.
