This week: 160.9 lbs (Lowest recorded 160.1 on 11/29 and 01/27.)

Pounds lost (or gained): 1.4 lbs lost (Start was: 172, down 11.1 pounds from start in May.)

How many pounds left to lose: 10.9 lbs (Goal 150.)

Wii Fit Day: 253

BMI: 27.48

Work outs:

  • Workouts have been moved to the morning.  I have more energy then, and the last week was really busy.  Missed work out yesterday.  Better get moving today or I’ll forget again.

Notes :

Counting calories – still.  Trying to average a net of ~1700 calories/day after accounting for what calories I burn in exercise.  Think I’ll be at my lowest weight next week.

    That’s a great result and you’re in sight of posting the lowest weight!! You can do it!!!
    1.4 lbs is a good loss. Here’s hoping you repeat the loss so you can set a new record.
    Good call on movng your exercise to the morning!!

    Thanks! I’ll be bouncing around more than my kids when I do get the lowest weight. ;)
