- Workouts have been moved to the morning. I have more energy then, and the last week was really busy. Missed work out yesterday. Better get moving today or I’ll forget again.

Counting calories – still. Trying to average a net of ~1700 calories/day after accounting for what calories I burn in exercise. Think I’ll be at my lowest weight next week.
