Last time (1 week ago): 162.3 lbs

This week: 162.7 lbs (Lowest recorded 160.1 on 11/29.)

Pounds lost (or gained): .4 lbs gained (Start was: 172, down 9.3 pounds from start in May.)

How many pounds left to lose: 12.7 lbs (Goal 150.)

Wii Fit Day: 246

BMI: 27.78

Work outs:

  • Still keeping up the workouts.  Took day off on Sat – just ate less that day.  Kids like the music I’ve been playing, especially Abney Park’s song Airship Pirates, and they dance around while I work out.  Got hubby to exercise with me a bit too.   (I’m really close to his weight and will weight less than he does soon.  He also saw I can run his pants off – I think that clued him in a bit.  First time I’ve been in better shape than he was.  We’re very competitive so against each other, so it was fun to push our selves in the run.)

Notes :

Still counting calories and it’s helping.  Doesn’t look like it with my weight.  But I’m dealing with some serious bloating – UGH.  My fingers are so swelled today.  In a week it will be gone and I should be down a good amount.  Also had a friend over for a “we haven’t seen each other an ages” celebration on Mon – it involved food and I ate quite a bit, despite eating fewer meal calories.  (Didn’t count calories after goodies started – too hard to count them that day.)  But one day of crazy snacking won’t kill me.

    Hi Avlor!

Yeah, the one day won’t kill you. It sounds like the rest of the time you’re doing well – especially compared to your poor hubby! lol

The trend is still DOWN! The graph tells us so.

The water weight is probably masking the true facts. As you say, in a week, all will be well.

    :)
