- Work outs much more consistent. 20 min/day free run and free step (modified by stepping higher and turning on dance music to get a better work out – by the time I’m done I know I’ve done at least 2x the steps that are registered and I am a bit short on breath).

Not sure what’s up with the weight gain. I’ve been exercising more. Eating better and less (bento box sized lunch every day). Did have food later in the evening last night – had snack at camera club (1 cookie and a small cup of chocolate milk) and had to try the cookies I won in the contest (2 small cookies). So that is probably my .4 lb gain today. My pants fit more loosely, so I’m not discouraged. I’ve also seen weird little roller coasters several times before a good weight loss. (Crossing my fingers on that one.)

The gain is a bit of a bummer but it could be anything including water weight. Doesn’t sound like something to worry about with all the physical activity you’re doing.
I’m not worried about that gain. But man I need to find a good home for the cookies I won at camera club. (They’re DARN good with coffee.) Eep!
