Last week: 164.9 lbs

This week: 164.5 lbs (Lowest recorded 160.1 on 11/29.)

Pounds lost (or gained): .4 lbs lost (Start was: 172, down 7.5 pounds from start in May.)

How many pounds left to lose: 14.9 lbs (Goal 150.)

Wii Fit Day: 211

BMI: 28.08

Work outs:

  • Morning – Every week day Wii Fit: Yoga (half moon and sun salutation), strength exercizes (lunge, single leg twist), aerobics (“long” run and advances step)
  • Afternoon – Hit and miss here. Wii Fit:  aerobics (free step, 10 min)

Notes – The Ugly:

My weight was a roller coaster this week  down to 163.1, up to 165.3, back down to today’s weight 164.5.  We went to a friend’s for dinner Sunday – very yummy but I ate too much.

Notes – The Good:

Weight down a bit.   Exercising more consistently (despite weather being sub-zero).  Doing better around the baking.  (Hopefully have the last of it done!  Though I did scrape out the bowl after making truffles last night.)

My church is starting a series on better habits in January.  Looking forward to it.  Maybe I can find a local accountability partner.

Yay!! A loss! Well done Avlor, I’m impressed.

I love the way you lay this out it gives a real snapshot of your week.

The exercise is still featuring well, even though you might not be getting out with the temperature being what it is.

Testing times ahead for all of us – especially when there are mixing bowls to be cleaned out. LOL.

I don’t think there will be more mixing bowls for me for a while. (Sigh of relief!) just stay away – they’re not safe!
