Wii Fit and Blog to Fit Update

Last week: 162.7 lbs

This week:  164.9  lbs (Lowest recorded 160.1 on 11/29.  :p  I’ll get back there and better than that!)

Pounds lost (or gained):  2.2 lbs gained (Start was: 172, down 7.1  pounds from start in May.)

How many pounds left to lose:  14.9 lbs  (Goal 150.)

Wii Fit Day: 204

BMI: 28.15

Work outs:

  • Morning – Non existent.   Getting back to it.
  • Afternoon – Wii Fit: aerobics of some sort.  Mostly the “Advanced Step” and “Island Run”.

Notes – The Ugly:

At it’s simplest – Fabulous Christmas Party for hubby’s work.  (Delish!)  Plus baking.  Now Hubby did take 4/5 of the cookies to work and I’ve put my truffles to give away in the freezer so I can’t snitch.  Not drinking as much water.  May have to track it.  I seriously thought about not posting this week and hiding behind “I’m cutting back on the internet for a while”.  But I know better – that would be lying to myself.  (wink)

Notes – The Good:

Not much to report other than being determined to do better this week.  Finding a new tracker and having to enter the weights made me realize I’m not better off than I was back in September.  That is some serious motivation.

I saw fluffywelshsheep had a spiffy little graphic and I wanted a copy of my own.

    Avlor, life is or living, so the Christmas parties ae bound to influence things. If you pay good money for Christmas meal and then leave 3/4 of it on the plate it just doesn’t make sense.

    The point is, you know what you’re doing and why you’re doing it. It;s something that pressing on your mind so you will gt back on top!

    Good for you for posting despite being short of time. That’s real commitment. You’re still insight of your goal and those great gizmo’s will doubtless help.

    Oooo, fancy gadgets!
    So pleased that you decided to post. It doesn’t matter that you don’t have the result you wanted this week. what matters is that you recognise where you went wrong and that you are planning to fix it.
    Right there behind you!

    :) Charts are cool, It okay to put weight on this season but you just need to work harder the next week :) hehe

    AM trying my best and not eat anything extra but try to eat moderation of things i like.
