This week: 161.2 lbs (Lowest recorded 161.2 on 11/5 and 11/6 and today.)
Pounds lost (or gained): 1.5 lbs lost (Start was: 172, down 10.8 pounds from start in May.)
How many pounds left to lose: 11.2 (Goal 150.)
Wii Fit Day: 183
BMI: 27.51
Work outs: Changing to
- Morning – Wii fit: Yoga and strength training in the morning.
- Afternoon – Helix – 2 songs. Wii Fit: aerobics of some sort.
Notes: My son’s b-day was this week (ice cream, cookies, cake, pizza – several times for pizza) and I had the crafty lady’s group at my house (truffles), so I had to step things up a bit this week with an afternoon workout the last few days. It’s helping. Turning up the music loud helps drown out the truffles calling from the freezer. Friday the truffles will be eaten by a group of people and not just ME.
