Wii Fit Update

Wii Fit Day 140:
BMI: 27.96 (Still hovering, but losing a bit gradually. Still have sleep probs.)
Weight: 163.8 (Start was: 172 down 8.2 pounds from start.)
Work outs: Walks with kiddo #1 back and forth to school or 10 minute runs. I try for 2 walks, 2 runs, or a combo. If I can keep this up I shouldn’t have the winter 5-10 lb gain like I usually do. (The hungry season – fall- has started and it’s not been too bad.)

This is brilliant. It’s exactly my approach to this fitness and fatloss thing. You don’t have to kill yourself to get into better shape.
The BMI is closing in on the ideal.

Exactly! If I do, what ever I worked for won’t be a permanent change and I’ll gain it all back plus some.
