Strawberry and Strawberry Plum Jam
I had a mountain of fruit to deal with today – strawberries, plums and cherries were on sale this week. Thus today was “Jam day”! My favorite jam recipes have come from Rosey’s Jam Recipes site. Easy to make (with the addition of some time), and it freezes well in my little freezer jars. After jam, hubby helped me prep cherries to dehydrate for snacks this winter. No more fruit mountain. Whew!
